I have the honour to report that I have granted

to Inspector Alfred George Dymond of the Hongkong Police a pen-

sion at the rate of $611.52 per annum at 38.8d. the dollar

equals £112.28.2d with effect from the 6th June, 1914, and that

the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue

payments to him as they fall due.
